Global Mobility Condition
Global Mobility Condition or GMC is an injury prevention method developed by the medical staff of the French national team. Installed in the world of rugby, this concept has gradually spread to other sports but also in companies.
The goal of the GMC is to first identify the different functional and postural disorders, and then to set up rehabilitation protocols that can be practiced directly by the patient or supervised by a coach or physical trainer.
