Spinach and Salmon Lasagna

Ingredients (4 people)

  • Homemade or ready-made lasagna pasta
  • 600 g spinach
  • 2 fresh salmon steaks (280gr)
  • 50 cl of fluid soy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 yellow onions 
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated nutmeg 
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil 
  • 30 gr of grated gruyere 

Preparation

Start by peeling and cutting the garlic, onions and shallots. Fry the garlic, shallots and onions together in a pan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add the spinach and grated nutmeg. Mix. Remove from heat.
Add the soy cream. Mix again.
Prepare your salmon: remove the skin and make thin slices. 

All you have to do is assemble your lasagna and add some grated Gruyere cheese. 

 

Bake on 180° for 40 mins then grill for 3 mins on 220°.
