Heat oven to 150°C. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet.
On a cutting board, roughly chop the nuts.
In a bowl, put all the dry ingredients, flakes, seeds, cereal mixture, the pinch of salt and add the 2 egg whites. Mix everything together.
Pour over the oil and honey mixture that has been heated in a pan for a few minutes.
Mix all the ingredients so that they are well coated.
Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes and at the end of the baking time.
The granola should be a little golden. If it is not, continue cooking a little longer. Turn off the oven and leave the granola in for 15 minutes.
Take it out to cool completely (2 or 3 hours) before adding other ingredients like chocolate pieces and goji berries.
Pour into a tin or airtight jar.
For breakfast, I recommend 30 to 40gr of Granola with a yogurt and a portion of seasonal fruit.
April fruits: kiwi, apple, orange, rhubarb, grapefruit
