Mango, apple and walnut porridge

Ingredients

For 1 person:

  • 40 gr of oatmeal
  • 30 cl of spelt or almond milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 mango

Toppings:

  • A few pecans or walnuts
  • Some dark chocolate chips 

Preparation

In a saucepan, pour the oats and milk.
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring from time to time, the oats will absorb the liquid and swell in about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Pour the contents of the saucepan into a bowl and add the chocolate chips, nuts, peeled and chopped apple and your peeled and chopped mango (a little extra: you can roast your apple and your quarter of mango in a frying pan with 5g of semi-salted butter).

The porridge can be made in an infinite number of ways with the fruits of the season! April fruits : kiwi, orange, apple, rhubarb... example of summer porridge with raspberries in picture
