Thomas Romangas, your new osteopath at the Versailles Chantiers osteopathic practice
Hello everyone, I'm Thomas Romangas, a qualified osteopath, and I'm delighted to be joining the Versailles Chantiers osteopathy practice team as an associate. Passionate about a holistic, humane and caring approach to health, I put my heart and expertise at the service of your well-being. My aim? To help you regain comfort, mobility and balance in your daily life, while giving you the keys to taking charge of your own health.
Solid training for personalized care
A graduate of CEESO Paris, an institution renowned for its excellence and rigorous teaching, I have acquired in-depth mastery of the different osteopathic techniques: structural, visceral, cranial, functional and tissue. This diversity enables me to offer tailor-made care, adapted to your specific needs, whether for occasional pain or chronic disorders.
My career has been enriched by unique experiences that have shaped my practice:
- A year in support care at the Saint-Denis hospital, working with cancer patients, taught me how to gently and precisely accompany people at times of great vulnerability.
- Two years with the Red Star FC women's section, working with the youth and senior teams, enabled me to develop an expertise in the care of athletes, working on injury prevention and optimizing physical performance.
These experiences have taught me the importance of an approach that is both technical and human, capable of adapting to a variety of profiles, from the youngest to the oldest.
An approach focused on you
Before becoming an osteopath, I worked in environments where human relationships were at the heart of my missions. It was this sensitivity that naturally led me to osteopathy, a discipline that combines active listening, therapeutic contact and global understanding of the person.
During each consultation, I take the time to listen to you in order to understand :
- Your physical pain or discomfort,
- Your environment (stress, lifestyle habits, work posture),
- Your expectations and health goals.
This approach, called bio-psycho-social, enables me to consider not only your symptoms, but also the emotional, psychological and social factors that can influence your well-being. By identifying the root causes of your problems, I can propose appropriate and lasting solutions.
Why consult an osteopath?
Osteopathy is much more than just pain relief. It's a discipline that aims to restore your body's natural balance, releasing tension and promoting better mobility. Whether you suffer from :
- Musculoskeletal pain (neck, back, joints, muscles),
- Digestive disorders (bloating, reflux, constipation),
- Headaches or migraines,
- Stress-related tension,
- Pregnancy and post-partum discomforts,
- Infant problems (colic, sleep disorders),
... I'm here to support you with gentle, safe techniques adapted to your profile, whatever your age: babies, children, teenagers, adults, pregnant women or seniors.
A consultation that's just like you
Every session is unique, because so is every patient. During your visit, I aim to :
- Understanding your needs through attentive listening,
- Explain the causes of your problems and the solutions you are considering,
- Offer practical advice (exercises, postures, stress management) to prolong the benefits of the session.
My pedagogical approach will enable you to better understand your body and become a player in your own health. Together, we'll work to alleviate your pain and prevent its recurrence, for lasting well-being.
