Osteopathy, on sporting events, aims to optimize the recovery of the athlete by removing all the imbalances of the body likely to disturb the balance of the body. But its role is also to treat injuries and traumas that occur during the practice of sport.

  • Prevention
  • Treatment of the symptom (except contraindication)
  • Optimization of recovery
• Referral to a medical team in case of suspected fracture, organic pathology or in the presence of contraindication 
• Installation of kinesio taping
• Laying of strapping
• Hygienic and dietary advice, stretching, strengthening exercises, etc.
